Founder and Veteran, Leslie Rhoads brings extensive expertise in floodplain management, sustainability, and community planning to Resilient VetConnect, LLC.
Leslie's approach to consulting is focused on simplifying complex regulatory processes for municipal employees, providing personalized resources, and educating clients in layman's terms. Currently serving as the Vice-Chair for the Pennsylvania Association of Floodplain Managers (PAFPM), Leslie is passionate about contributing to the betterment of Pennsylvania communities.
Driven by a desire to align work with personal values, Leslie created Resilient VetConnect, LLC to pursue dreams of sustainability, equity, and purpose-driven work. Her commitment to these ideals sets the tone for the company's mission to empower communities and promote lasting change.
